Product from PU foam
The plant is equipped with high-tech injection molding equipment of German and Italian manufacture. The whole equipment stock was individually custom-made according to our technical specifications. Available technologies let us obtain at the output complete possible range of foams from elastic to tough. Production capacities as of today reach 1 million parts per year and constantly increasing. Raw materials are supplied by BASF company one of the leaders in this field.
Production of products is certified according to standard ISO 9001:2015. In the second half of 2019 we have planned to obtain certificate IATF 16 949. All the employees who participate in the technological process are specifically trained and annually certified.
Plastic parts
Available at our production site an injection molding machine HAITIAN, with clamping force 40 000 kH, is applied for production of plastic embedded elements which are used at injection molding of products from PU foam. Besides that we receive orders from third party contractors for production of plastic parts as standalone products. The equipment let us obtain products with sizes up to 700 mm x 700 mm x 350 mm.
